Help choosing a new graphics card

I've been searching on the itnernet and i think this is my laptop it looks the same and has the same proccessor and what ive seen is the same but i would like a new graphics card because i would like to play more high end games as its only the graphics card letting me down. anyway this is the model

On virtually every laptop, the graphics card is integrated into the motherboard and is therefore not upgradable. I'm not even sure if manufacturers even make graphics cards for notebooks to begin with.

The vast majority of gamers favor desktops for their performance per dollar and upgradability.
