You're asking the question, "is this a decent computer?"

How can anyone answer that, without knowing specifically how you intend to use it???

For general home use, yes it's fine.

For gaming, no, it is not good at all.

It is obviously a proprietary build by an O.E.M. What is the manufacturers name?

Do you want a machine that is upgradable? It would appear this one is not.

The HDD is rather slow...probably a "Green" disk to conserve electricity. Fine, if the computer is going to be used mainly for web surfing, and e-mail, but you wouldn't want to load a game on that drive, it would be painfully slow.

That's about all I could say, without more information.
