Update: bios updated and same problem.
As far as i can tell the Hsu is in the right place.

Awesome! That fixed it! HSF was in the wrong place. That last picture helped.

Arauna for the CPU, Heaven, 3dMark11, and 3dMark Vantage, for the GPU, and PhysX.

ATTO for the SSD. All should be run at the "Basic", or "Default", or "Automatic" settings, what ever each calls for.

These benchmarks will determine for you, the performance level of your hardware, so you'll know if everything is working correctly.
 
I ended up having to purchase a new DVD drive yesterday. After taking out my old DVD dual layer burner which I purchased about 4 years ago I found out its a IDE connection on it and my motherboard does not have IDE and only supports SATA drives :facepalm:. Well looks like I am well behind on techs being updated.
By the way this new system is replacing my system which is still running strong a P4 3.8GHZ with 4GB maxed out ram, I could still run most newer games on it without any issues, maybe because of my GTS 450 . It ran strong for 10 years :D and now will be parted out.
