running a program from the command line as administrator

Hello,

How can I run a program from the command line as an administrator. I'm looking for a command line equivalent to right-clicking on the program icon and choosing "Run as Administrator".

Why? Once you choose the executable's properties, and the choose "Run as Administrator", and click on APPLY & OK, it will run in that mode all the time.
