Hello! So lets get right down to business...
My ISP: Comcast Xfinity: Modem: SMCD3GNV

I tested multiple computers even wireless laptops, and everything gets 60mbps download and 8-10mbps upload. On my main computer (desktop) I can't get past 1mbs upload. I hard-reset my modem and even DMZ'd it, nothing seems to be working. I just reformatted the hard drive with Windows 7 64 bit Home since this is a completely new computer build I just did about 3 days ago. I switched out ethernet cords and have done everything I can think of to try and fix this.
Could it be software or hardware related? I'm thinking the Ethernet port is jacked up since its been doing this from day one after building the computer. Any help on this matter is very appreciated! =)
