MAC vs Windows PC

Hi everyone, I am overdue to upgrade our main Dell PC (6 years old). It operates windows 2003 and is getting slowwww. I have been toying with the idea of investing in an apple iMac desktop. I run a small electrical contracting business (5 Employees) using this computer and a few trade specific softwares and wondered what everyones opinion and reasons for these opinions were on the age old argument ....MAC or PC....?? Thanks in advance.

Before this gets out of hand like they do, ponder these thoughts.
What is it you want to do with a computer for your business?
What are the requirements of the software you want to run?
Is the software mac compatible or pc compatible?
You want to build it or buy a prebuilt?
How much do you want to spend?

It's not a debate over one is better than the other. It's what will do the job you want it to do in your price range. Simple as that...

Agreed. There are certain applications in which one is better than the other. You have to determine which one would suit your needs better.

Nobody can simply say that one is superior to the other.
