Is 650W enough power?

I have a Corsair HX 650W PSU.

My build:
MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB
i5-2500k
2 led 120mm fans
2 non led
single hdd
single CD/DVD drive

This week my computer started having issues and keeps restarting/not booting properly and someone told me that I don't have enough power. Its either that or my PSU is failing and I need to RMA it. I had this PC build for 10 months

650w should be more than enough, but maybe the psu is just faulty
