Sleep and Hibernate options disappeared?

Hi, I reinstalled my Vista, but after that I noticed that I don`t have SLEEP and HIBERNATE as options anymore, and I have to shut down my lap top each time I go to break. Closing the monitor down does not help.

What can I do to make these option reappear?
