It should be an ECU code stamp.

(At least that's how it is for Hondas) My block is stamped F23a1. My head is stamped P13-PF1 which is USDM H22a1 Years 92-96.

Not sure if that helps. Look up the RedTop ecu and vary it from the USDM ecu code. See if that's stamped anywhere on the head.

Isn't sandybridge ancient nowadays? I imagine bloomfield is compared to pentium II now. I lost track of all the hardware lineups past Ivy.
