Here is the components of what I want to build that is within my budget, wondering what/how many fans I should be running in this sucker to keep the heat low. Also any suggestions on better parts that is not astronomically out of my price range is appreciated. Thanks!

How much do you want to spend led or no led what color? The 230 mm fans start at 10 and go up to 25 dollars each. I would google 230 mm case fan and pick some out. Also how did you pick out your psu? I think Corsair psu's are better. For example

Newegg.com - CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX750 V2 750W ATX12V v2.31/ EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

Newegg.com - CORSAIR Gaming Series GS700 700W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC High Performance Power Supply

230mm pc fan - Google Search

I also think you should consider the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 for the money it is the best on the market and it looks killer I have one.

Well I like Cooler Master, I cannot complain with any of their products, as far as the fans, I spent 23 on each of them and I also went with cooler masters.

To answer the mobo statement, I LOVE ASUS products and I feel that what you get with them is great quality products.

I couldn't agree more! I'm becoming a big ASUS fan, with an ASUS motherboard, and will be (eventually) acquiring an ASUS GPU, and aaalso considering a nice ASUS optical drive.

ASUS are awesome, but, I hear their technical support is dire.

In the Govt we are begging to like ASUS products as well. I just replaced 85 old dells with all new ASUS. Due to the fact that we have our own IT department I don't need to deal with the technical support of ASUS. And the prices are amazing as well.
