Why does PC Inspector not work on Physical drives?

That largely depends on what is wrong with the drive. PC Inspector does indeed work on physical drives, but won't work on drives that are mechanically failing.

What problems are you having with the drive? What status message do you get from the recovery software?

Well the computer does not see the files that are on the hard drive. EASEUS located the files and a partition. PC Inspector would not give me the option to search the disk.
