Internet on then off? Windows Vista

Hello, after my Dell Inspiron 1525 started acting crazy last weekend I reset my computer back to its factory settings. It's had been installing all kinds of updates since then (100+). When I turn my computer on and use my internet it works fine, about 10 minutes later it stops working. My Network and Sharing Center shows that everything is working and it does not detect a problem. I've tried using Firefox and Internet Explorer. Nothing works, it just keeps loading, and loading but I'm getting nothing. Anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it? Thank you.

Are you plugged in, or wireless? Is there a firewall between you and the internet?

I had a dell Inspiron 1525 had it for a week, it already broke, best buy gave me my money back :d

Try using PING and pinging a website while it's not working. Do you share internet with anyone?

I'm using wireless, have multiple things running off my wireless rounter PS3, DVR, Wii, but I didn't have this problem previously and my girlfriends laptop works fine (also a dell).
