Quick question, I need a basic computer for my sister, should I build one, or prebuilt.?

depends on the usage. If basic i am assuming for school so like word documents and such, internet, maybe some media like watching movies? I think you should go with a prebuilt just to save you the hassle of building one but if you enjoy build computers then by all means go for it. I personally would build one because building computers is a hobby i enjoy

I know that Tigerdirect offers barebones kits that are as low as $250 if you need a cheap basic rig that will be able to handle school work, listen to music and watch videos.
