Hibernation not working after SP1 and some updates

Well of course we are. Everytime someone comes on a forum and sarcastically calls me (or anyone for that matter) 'mature', I automatically assume they are right and know that no matter what I say I won't be able to convince myself otherwise.

I know...we are going to have to work out a price though...I mean if he's willing to pay to watch it we're gonna have to work out admission. Although with our limited knowledge of this SMALL world I doubt we'd come up with a fair price.

I found a tip that the computer not entering Hibernation in Windows 7 can be caused by an unsaved theme for your Desktop UI. Right click on the desktop and select Personalize, then save the current theme you have by right-clicking it and selecting "Save Theme."

I'm assumed this is solved but 1 minute of Googling and I found this: Hibernation does not work or memory dump file is not created after you install Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1
