Crysis 2 only 15-20 fps inspite

hello guys. im having an unpleasant experience on crysis 2. fraps registered it as i plat 15-20 fps. attach is my videocard specs. any input is much appreciated

Very strange, them specs look more than capable of playing it 10fold. Something in the background must be taking its toll.

i wish there was, but ive checked, update everything just to make it work. but no cigar, pc is fresh install as well. anyway, i was glad to be able to return the ame and get full refund, i am now enjoying starcraft 2.=)
