I see that an hx850 is just a tad more than this hx750, so I think ill swap em

Either wattage should be ok for another gtx570 in the future. make sure you have enough pci-e connectors.

I believe the gtx 570 needs 2 6 pin connectors. make sure the psu has 4 6pin connectors (2x2 for sli) the card itself should come with molex to 6pin adapter depending on the brand. check that u have an abundance of connectors after connecting all other necessary parts

given that it is a 750w it probably should have 4 6 pin connectors or 6+2s. but doesnt hurt to make sure =)

it says pci-e x6, so im assuming im good in that aspect?
