I will need ram and the biggest thing would be to be able to upgrade as I went along starting with 8 and going to 32. Heat sink and power supply all needed.
As far as the video cards I'm pretty sure they are advertizing those cards as their partners. They were on the site as a reference. If it can play movies it can do pro-tools that's for certain. )
