Will my computer run this game?

Intel Celeron CPU 900 @ 2.20ghz
2gigs ram
32 bit OS
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

Will this be able to run Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare on lowest settings?

i downloaded the demo and it will run on low graphics. does this mean that the full version will run as well?
