Urgent Help Needed With Win 7 Home Premium Laptop

@IAnt: He's trying to say is that his system is "locking" as if he pressed "Windows Key-L".

What happens if you turn the computer on and leave it sit, without touching anything? Does it happen then? If this is an ongoing problem for the last 6 months, how old is the computer? What files/folders do you have on it that you need? Can you reload Windows and see if that will fix the problem? If it locks and then you unlock it, does it lock right away again?

Very Interesting that you say that iPwn. Do you think that it could be triggered by certain sites accessed on the internet because that could be causing it..

There is alot of download games and other applications

If it happens when watching videos, or maybe when playing a game using a joystick, it could simply be 'returning' from a screensaver mode.

It didn't happen for awhile and then it started again and I had never used a gaming control on it..
