Hey.

I am worried that my hard drive is full of things that I don't need right now. So I was uninstalling a few games I don't play when I bumped into all this C++ Stuff (see screenshot)
I don't think I use Microsoft Visual 2005, 2008 or 2010. So therefore I don't know how I got them.

Is it ok for me to remove them?
What conflicts could it cause?

Thanks :) and Happy New Year :)

I'd say leave them. You probably got them by installing some other software and these files are required in order for the software to work properly. If your worried about junk, download and run Ccleaner

+1 to using Ccleaner to remove unwanted "garbage". Ccleaner is relatively safe, and free.

Microsoft visuals are for games mostly.
If anything happens redownload them, they just communicate with certain software or games on the computer.
