Need advice on Upgrading my PC

Okay so I think I'll just go ahead and get that video card unless you have any other input on the subject or should I wait? Trying to get my pc ready for SWTOR next month. Pretty much all I do is put the card in the PCI slot and thats it right?

Well I ordered the Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE 100315L Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity. Hoping my 350 watt power supply is good enough. Site says 500 watt but Im not so sure it wants me to spend more money
