Main Focus of Rig: Ultra High settings gameplay & intense graphic/video editing

Well, right before I go ahead and buy everything needed for my computer, I got to thinking, that I originally started out with a very high budget ($10,000 USD) but found out quickly that it was no where needed.

I recently showcased a build that I am doing here in a couple weeks, unless I choose to do this one and well, then this one will be the one I buy obviously. Anyway, I got to thinking that I still want that Surround screen feature as well as enough RAM and juice to do all my video/graphic editing needs.

Please help with any & all advice, because I would like for this to be completely fine tuned and last about 5 years. Again, no budget.

CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) Quad-Core LGA 1155
Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 120mm/140mm SSO
Motherboard: ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 ATX LGA 1155
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3-1600
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM 64MB Cache
SSD: Crucial M4 256GB 2.5"
Video Card: (CFX) 2x ASUS Radeon HD 6970 2GB
Case: Corsair Special Edition White Graphite 600T ATX Mid Tower
PSU: Corsair TX V2 850W 80 PLUS GOLD ATX12V/EPS12V
Optical Drive: LG GH22NS70 OEM DVD/CD Writer
Monitor: (Surround) 3x ASUS VE247H 23.6" 2ms 1920x1080 300 cd/m2 10,000,000:1
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Keyboard: Saitek Cyborg V5
Mouse: Razer Imperator Battlefield 3 Edition

The total so far comes out to $2900 which isn't too bad for a rig of this caliber and I need EVERYTHING.

Again, I am welcoming all suggestions!!! Thanks in advance!

I know video editing takes up more space then ever... so try getting another 1TB

O and you need a decent gaming mouse :) try razer mats

If you're going to go for broke, why bother with a 1155 based i7? Intel's LGA2011 is out now, and is much faster in some aspects, especially multithreaded apps, than the LGA1155 CPUs.
