I downloaded photoshop cs6 pre-released from here

I also opened it . But after a while my laptop became too slow to operate .I also noticed that my free space in disk C got lowered and lowered ,So I first deleted this portable photoshop .While deleting , it gave me a notice that " this file is being shared with other computers . Are you sure you want delete it ? "

Atlast , somehow I managed to delete it . But I want to know what was that notice ?
Was my computers information being hacked by someone else ??

You downloaded a cracked copy of photoshop. It likely had a virus inside of it. Run your anti-virus and make sure you computer is clean.

Are you sure it said the file was being used by other computers? Many files on a Windows machine are shared and it's very typical to receive a message during uninstall that the file may or may not be used by other programs on the system.
