Are there any other errors (big or small) that you have that we don't know about? What is the make/model of your mobo/graphics/...?

I was told to go through a massive malware check on another forum and nothing came up, AVG and microsoft security essentials have come up with nothing and I haven't had a big virus at all on that computer.

My computer:
Case: Coolermaster Elite 330 Case With Coolermaster Elite 460W PSU
Mobo: Asus M4A88T-M 880G Socket AM3
CPU: AMD Athlon II X3 445 3.1 GHz
HDD: Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 1TB Hard Drive
RAM: Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Upgrade Edition.

it could be the programs are not compatable with the 64 bit windows you might need to get the 64 bit ver i know with windows xp 64 that was the problem

The programs were working fine and suddenly stopped so I don't think that is the problem. Also I know that I got the 64bit version wherever I could so yeah

First of all,I have always worked with 32 bit OS and never gone for 64 bit OS.It seems from above that you have almost tried everything that could recover you from that bug.!!
Try disk cleaning and if also not recovered, finally reinstall windows..!!
