It's all compatible. I have a few suggestions though.

Unless you plan on SLI later, you can go with a lesser power supply. something around 600 watts would be more than adequate.
I'd get 8GB of RAM. For now, 4GB is enough, but a year from now, it probably won't be. It's only like $20 more, so why not?
You might want to look into a faster hard drive. The F3 isn't slow, but it also isn't particularly fast. It'll make game loading times slightly more bearable.

Other than that, it looks great. I have the GD65 in my HTPC, and it's an awesome board apart from the somewhat buggy BIOS. I imagine the 45 will be every bit as good.
