Need to check compatibility of pc i comiled through newegg

ok, budget is 500 dollars. and i want to have specs greater then civilization 5's recommended specs. heres what i have so far.
24x DVD writer
8 GB (4x 2 gb) DDR3 RAM
MSI AMD AM3 ATX Motherboard
Radeon HD 5670 1GB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16
500W ATX Power Supply
AMD Athlon II X4 3.0GHz AM3 95W Quad-Core
ATX pc case
EDIT: my dad is big on music and usage of the mouse. so im including these
keyboard and mouse set (USB)

For your own sake, go with a better PSU option. More watts doesn't mean better. Name brand means quality in the PC world most times. In PSUs, this is always. And I just saw that you included a sound card. No need. The MSI mobo you picked has 5.1 channel audio. Unless you're doing high quality surround sound, like a 500 dollar logitech system, I don't see a need for a dedicated sound card when you have one on your motherboard
