For your own sake, go with a better PSU option. More watts doesn't mean better. Name brand means quality in the PC world most times. In PSUs, this is always. And I just saw that you included a sound card. No need. The MSI mobo you picked has 5.1 channel audio. Unless you're doing high quality surround sound, like a 500 dollar logitech system, I don't see a need for a dedicated sound card when you have one on your motherboard
