everything went down

I turned off my computer like usually a couple of weeks ago. when i turned it on it seemed normal except that my wifi plug in wasnt working, then i noticed my Virus software went down. so AVG hasnt been working for a while. Internet explorer 7 (actually it views it as Internet explorer 9) and firefox also went down. i was able to revive inernet explorer with spybots search and destory but i havnt been able to fix AVG and Firefox. about a week into it my headphones started to make popping noises. yes i thought the same thing, but no its not the audio system itself. when im out of the internet (basicly removing my wifi and disconnecting my computer from the world) everything runs fine, no popping and crackling noises in my head like im eating rice crispies while i listen to music while i write my books. except when i watch my daily dose of anime it is hard to enjoy. any help please on any of these things. expecially suggestions.

Boot the computer into Safe Mode with Networking and then download and run MBAM.
