Best Nvidia GPU for the money

a GPU? well I'd like to keep it under 200$ but with around the same performance as a 560 ti and 6950.
 
What kind of cooling does your friend have? :O Tons of people I know have experienced very unstable performance at that speed.
 
The Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GV-R695OC-1GD Radeon HD 6950 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card wouldn't fit inside his case.

The max cards that would fit inside the HAF 912 would be the radeon 6870, and the GTX 570, however, if you remove the hard drive cage, you can fit cards up to 11.5 inches long.
 
220 racer, are you able to max out crysis and crysis 2 (w/ dx11 update) fine on your setup?

(once again not a fanboy but just using crysis as a benchmark)
