Hi

I have just recently bought this Packard Bell oneTwo all in one and now I am trying to open the same to upgrade the memory from 4GB to the Max 16GB.

Can I get help or a service manual on how to open the same, so I can instal new memory.

The company wants to charge me for this inspite of having a warranty.

Cheers

I couldn't find any downloads for that model on the packard Bell website. Is this a brand new model or a very old one?

You could try looking at eBay, perhaps someone can sell you a manual at a cheaper price than PB wants to sell it to you for...

Really, though, there are no access panels on the back or side? Most manufacturers make their machines accessible enough to allow you to replace memory.

Hi Its a new model, just want to instal more memory, but I just cant figure how to open the computer, as its a all in one, so I am worried I may crack the cover.
