When ever there are sounds from the PC, we always check all the screws.
The best way to see if the HDD making the noise is unplug the HDD power cable and power on the PC.
Sometimes the case fan loose screws making the noise, sometimes could be the PSU, of course, the HDD and other FAN can make the noise as well.
So we use different methods to find the noise source.
