Video Card: XFX ATI RADEON 4890 1GB
CPU: AMD PHENOM X4 II 3.4GHZ - Running of stock cooler - Which is seemingly noisy when the temperature rises to the likes of 55 degrees celcius+
When I place the video settings on EE3 to around low medium or high (high is where I think it should be because I THINK the Video card can take it, correct me if I'm wrong!)
However the CPU speeds up and I HATE the noise sometimes. And as the CPU warms up the units in the game such as ships and people etc. are very jumpy in movement.
Can you reccommend me a good heatsink/ cooler that will be quiet and cool. Not just for EE3 but the likes of Sims 3 etc.
