Help me please!

While installing windows 7 on a machine that should be able to take it because of the 8800gt graphics card I have, this graphical error came up, I thought it was just during the install and now my computer is stuck like this. Please help me.

That's normal, wait until it's finished installing and you've got your drivers installed before you post about a problem.

Or is the computer frozen and you can't move your cursor and there's no HDD activity?

Finished installing. I downloaded video drivers from nvidia, but to no avail. Is this not a video driver problem, but a registry issue?
