I'm sort of a newbie at this, so please take it easy on me. I'm looking to build a computer that I can sit next to my TV and be able to turn it on and browse the internet on it and watch some videos on it, maybe even edit a few of them. I'm trying to keep the budget around $300, here's the components I've thought of using.

Thermaltake V4 Black Edition Gaming Chassis Mid Tower Steel Computer Case

GIGABYTE GA-MA78LMT-S2 AM3 AMD 760G Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition Heka 2.8GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Processor

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)

Plan on adding two DVD Drives, and two hard drives (one is from a previous computer). I have a 400W Power Supply new in the box, do you think this will run all of this?

What do you guys think of the build? Also, can you guys let me know if some of these components don't work with each other? I tried to do as much research as possible but I could have overlooked something. Thanks in advance.

Be aware that the CPU you have chosen does not come with a CPU cooler, so you will have to add one to your list.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have one picked out already.

Any suggestions/answer on the other questions I asked about? Thanks again.
