I'm Looking for a PCI to PCI Express Adaptor

I have PCI slots but a PCI express video card, it obviously doesn't fit so I need the adaptor, I've seen them online for $20 to $50 so if you've got one let me know!

Just curious but what card is it? Depending on which one you may or may not lose a ton of performance.

PCI Express to PCI Adapter

Would that work? Goes in a pcie 1x slot which should still be more bandwidth than pci.
