I noticed that AVG (my antivirus on this machine) just had an update. so i disabled my antivirus and i can get into my email without clicking the SSL so. If everyone has AVG and has this issue with godaddy most likely it is AVG...My guess anyway. Going to go back and see which updates might have done this...

My wife logged into her Godaddy Workspace email account. to perform this :
Click settings.
Click Personal settings.
Click Security tab.
Under Security Options tick the box marked 'Use Full-Time SSL mode'.
Click OK
Log out of account then log in again.

This instantly solved our issue,Thanks for the advice.
