I just wonder who's losing out most by a person refusing to do business.

There are hundreds of people able to put computers together, by turning down business you're only helping your competitors. -and as I pointed out, there are better ways of handling the situation. -asking for money up front for example.

People like that need to be taught a lesson. +1
what lesson? they didn't understand how much a computer would cost, or what specifications etc...

and lets face it, you can walk into a shop and tell them you really want to buy a computer, even take it to the checkout you can even have them ring it up and walk out the store, only to come straight back in and return it.

basically this person just didn't seem to understand that Mikee isn't a big business and couldn't just have components laying about. -you think that they should be taught a lesson for just not understanding how a small business works?
