Aftermarket vs Market... CPU cooling fan.

Hello. I have a very tight budget for a CPU fan.(around 30$). So I have a question. Should i use the money to buy a CPU fan or something? or should i use the money to buy a case fan... BTW i will be modding my case if i get case fans. like ill get 2 fans on top and 2 fans at the bottom to have pwnage air flow. but im not sure which choice i should choose.

Hard drive: old 1tb hitachi hard drive

Video Card:Nvidia GTX 560 Ti(EVGA)

Tell us the temps you get on idle and load on the cpu and the heatsink/fan you're currently using.

idle: about 60degrees
extreme use: 90+
I use stockmarket fan

Wow man, replace the heatsink fan asap! Those are way to high of temps.
