How To: Optimize Windows 7
Such as going into MSConfig, and what you should do there.
Going into your computer preferences, advanced system settings and changing settings in there.
and anything else that I might want to do to optimize the computers functions.
I don't want to destroy the graphics, or anything like that, I just want to make it so that I get the most out of my Windows 7 but still have everything that makes Windows 7.
