Windows xp & Windows 7 with multipale boot option

i am using windows xp, now i want to install windows 7 but when i installed windows 7 i get boot screen only for windows 7, not able to run windows xp.

any 1 please let me know how can i get install both os (windows xp & windows 7) with multipale boot option.

First of all you need to create 2 partition on your hard drive and the most important thing: install like normal but install the old version first.
