The build looks good overall man and I'm really happy to see how hard you worked on finding the right parts.

Couple questions...

Do you have a case?
Are you ok with a wired mouse and keyboard? If so look into a standard Microsoft keyboard and if possible a combo.
Would you be willing to spend the extra and upgrade your motherboard to an ASUS 790x? Its like 20 bucks more expensive and is literally the best starter board out there for an amd build.
And lastly would you be able to switch the caviar blue to a caviar black or will that take too much of a hit on your price. Cause there is a big difference between the performance of the two.

Otherwise everything else looks good to go :D And just as a note, if you wanna pay for shipping ill send you a couple sata cables for free... Lmao 5 bucks how outrageous man. If not though then I would wait till you get your mobo, it usually comes with a couple.

At $34 you'll be pretty limited with the kinds of gaming mice you can buy. What's your grip style? Palm, claw, fingertip, etc.

forgot to link the case. its an antec 300, ill fix that. and for a mouse and keyboard, i would appriciate a POS mouse and a decent keyboard, because ive got a mouse here thats my friends that he really wont need for awhile but id rather have a mouse on backup. i just want a normal keyboard and mouse really. and hafx, i would only ask you to do that if their was an upgrade i could do for $5. if not its not worth your trouble. and no, $770 is all i have to work with. not a penny more. it was a pain getting my mom to loan me $200 i dont really want to ask for anything else tbh.

I would change the optical drive. Heard lite-ons are pretty crappy. As for the HDD, I would go with the Samsung F3. It's a bit more, but its pretty fast (faster than the WD blue iirc).

Now a couple of questions. Which part of Ohio are you at? And when will you be back from the vacation?

EDIT - Also, it's pointless getting DDR3 1600 for AMD as they only supports up to 1333 Mhz unless you plan on OC'ing.

EDIT: why does it matter where i live..? i added the samsung hdd, and have just enough for the motherboard you suggested hafx aslong as the keyboard/mouse comes out under $29.

EDIT: again... the mobo you suggested hafx is out of stock and $130 with shipping. so thats not going to happen.

EDIT: spent all my money :)

thats the stuff i like to hear "sata cables come with the mobo". the dvd burner is fine, loud is ok because i probably wont be using it often. i now know exactly what im doing. grand total is 769.78 perfect. no money lost in my dads account :) i now have 8gb ram. more than plenty. ive got a faster hard drive thanks to teny. a better psu thanks to chip. i appreciate everyone's help reputation has been left. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME :)

EDIT: Is this mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131672
compatible with this ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231421

EDIT: again... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...ark=&IsFeedbackTab=true&Page=2#scrollFullInfo
does it come with a power cable..?

EDIT: why does it matter where i live..

Because I noticed you put Ohio on your profile, and I also know that there are three Micro Center stores in Ohio. Micro Center is doing this deal where you can buy a AMD Phenom II x4 965 for $130 and you can either get a Biostar A780L3G AM3 760G mATX Motherboard or a M4N68T-M V2 Socket AM3 630a mATX Motherboard for free as a bundle. You can also do what I did, and get the Phenom II X4 965 (for $130) and a MSI 880G-E45 Socket AM3 880G ATX AMD Motherboard (for $10 ($30 if you dont do the MIR)). You could've gotten a better CPU, and get a free motherboard or pay a bit more for a better one. This deal ends July 3rd IIRC.
