Just thought i'd tell you guys about Ninite - Install or Update Multiple Apps at Once
It's a site that offers a simple way to download and install all programs you need after re-installing a new Windows within 1 installer. After you've chosen the programs you want by checking box beside each one, just click get installer, run it and let it do the rest. It will download the installation medias and silently install the programs without you having to move a finger.
