One thing you have to remember though too is that there's no tone on the internet, so when typing, you can literally interpret a sentence God knows how many ways. That's what suxors about my job, I have to make everything I type sound like it's coming from St. Mary herself. Stupid stupid online chat support... Why can't people just remember their passwords.
