VirtualPC vs VirtualBox vs VMWare

any thoughts? Is one better than the other? I want to run a SharePoint server, Windows 7 and a Linux distro in them.

VirtualPC doesn't "officially" support any non MS OSes. Doesn't mean you can't run Linux but it's not supported. VirtualBox openly supports different OSes. Another good one to try is VMWare Player.

... and THERE is the answer! Thanks, was not aware of this. Oh man, I forgot about VMWare Player. So Virtual Box vs VMWare Player...

Here is the main difference between the two, VirtualBox is completely open source, where as VMWare Player isn't. Other than that they are just two different looking programs that do the same thing. I believe that you can even run the same .vm images on either one.
