Does internet matter?

2010 game on 2006 hardware.

And the point is? Not like games from 2005 is any easier to run then 2011. Most games are all the same, console ports, so he won't need that much of an upgrade to run them. :) Look at dragon age 2, there's a prime example. Skyrim is another, also the call of duty games as well. They're nearly exactly (skyrim IS exactly) the same as the console version.

Call of duty 7/ CODBO Recommended spec:

Pentium Dual E5500/Phenom II X2 550
2GB RAM
GT 240/Radeon HD 4670
DX9

and so on, just over double what TS is running. 2006 games played on 2006 hardware, 2010 games play on 2010 hardware, it's the simplest way to think about it really, wouldn;t you agree?

He means your computer isn't updated enough for modern pc games.

Well actually, Black Ops isn't a console port anyway, and most new games are designed independantly for PC and console platforms respectively. Hense why you need a beast of a computer to run CODBO and the like on max settings with decent FPS, but the mediocre graphics chips in PS3s and Xbox 360s can handle it no probs.
