i have Hp laptop, we i try to boot from the dvd rom, when it reaches where it gives me option to press F10, F12 maybe to boot from cd or network, it jus hung from there.. i have tried to change dvd rom,s using external dvd rom, RAM, KEY BOARD AND external key board but still there is no progress, please help because am tired of this laptop and its an HP!!!...
