Audio Mix, Realtek

Have you tried these drivers? I've never used this site for drivers so you do that at your own risk.

Hmm, it still wont work I deleted the old Reletek drivers than downloaded the 1 that u gave me, installed it and restarted computer. Than i went to control panel , sound , recording and enabled the Stereo Mix. I went on youtube to play some random clip and the level sound bar is not moving.

In Device Manager, under Sound [...] controllers, are the drivers properly installed? And is the Device enabled?

It is, can you configure the Stereo Mix and what options are there?

Hmmm, sorry but I'm fresh out of Idea other than setting it to the default comm device.
