new case fan running slow

they are the ones off nvidias site in the file name it says whql and they are version 270 something so that's good and the gpu runs 75 c but I heard that is ok. It is getting lower now coming to an idle at 64c which I don't see as a problem

Give it a stress test under 3D mark or something, and see how it behaves.

I don't have 3d mark but I did try the far cry 2 benchmark and it didn't even run it said stopped working before anything even popped up

Ahh, hmm. What PSU have you got?

Try an older driver too, again, make sure it's WHQL certified, and see if that's makes a difference.

no just recently it started but I updated the driver a few days before the fan so I don't know whats to blame. I looked around and found some people talking about the same sort of issue but they have gtx 570s and stuff so I don't know if it is the same driver. The post is from a few days ago
