Well. How can I help. I advice, if your budget is that high, you invest in a small SSD as well as a hard drive. (around +$100)
Use SSD for your OS and most frequently used softwares. You will notice a significant increase in loading speeds of things.
hard drives are really the biggest bottleneck of current computers...
