Will Portal 2 be on psp?

I dont see anything on it for coming out on PSP. I doubt they will .

No. They will only be offering it for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Well even if the PSP is capable enough, I don't think they will release it for the PSP. But if there is an official petition, I will sign on it.

Probably not, besides they would need to cut down on quality so the game can run on PSP. Some console to handheld ports are quite lame or poor compared to their full glory on consoles and even PC. I don't think Valve makes any games for handhelds, they only got into the console market not that long ago.
