No devices + no active windows in taskbar + no windows restore "suspicious message"

Hi, i recently posted about a BSO and this problem, now i have removed the BSOD to a dodgy RAM module. however i think there is a nasty virus on the machine as...

• There are no items in the device manager
• No devices apart from the keyboard and mouse work and the internals
• No items open in the task bar
• System restore when clicked says "windows restore canot help you now", and then something about reopening it.
• Wont let me run any anti spyware, malware, virus program, allways provides an error os some sort
• windows repair install crashes at saving configuration with 2 mins left.
• No windows login sound (however thing that due to no devices in device manager)

Anyone have any ideas as i am slightly stuck now ?
